Thanks for sharing as always bro. Please can I combine this process with PowerGrade nodes? Like, starting the nodes for my PowerGrade after converting to REC709? I like the fact that I can work around the skin tone with your process but I have been looking for ways to combine with KODAK 2383 PowerGrade. Thanks big man!

All these videos people show how to use luts with raw or log footage but no one shows how to properly use luts with jpeg. Not all of us have equipment to shoot in log or raw.

Most tutorials focus on LOG and RAW because that’s what most people shoot in. As a KZbin creator, making a tutorial for non-LOG footage just wouldn’t reach as many people. I get that it might not be what you’re working with, but even though this tutorial uses LOG footage, the tips I share can still make a real difference in your color grading.
