Completely agree about this bag being one of the most Underused tools in a boxing gym ..same goes for the double end bag, with the smallest ones being the least used by many guys precisely becuz it takes a higher skill level to use properly and hit accurately... Mike slips from the waist only, NO legs flexing or shoulder ‘roll’. I am to find the first that gets it. 👀 For the slip bag, you should move about 3 times while it comes in your direction, otherwise it is tooooo slow.

Hello. I am thinking about getting this ringside bag. I saw reviews that said it was too light and that it didn't swing well because of the chain. Is this your experience? Would you recommend this one? I saw also saw one from Boxerpoint on Amazon that seemed small but I'm trying to choose between these two. Finally, what about chain length? Do you find it adequate? Sometimes I make these myself. I wanna know if say, a ball or small bag of rocks on a string would work well enough or should you definitely use a chain to actually get it to have a better swinging motion?

I'm asking that cause it usually stops after a few back n forth motions. Once I start to get a rhythm the pendulum stops lol. Always good to double check if your doing it right. So I figured I should ask the guy that Knows what He's Doing💣💯💪🏾🤙🏽
