How to Use your Maximum/Minimum Thermometer & Hygrometer
- Change between Centigrade and Fahrenheit with the button on the back
- Change the battery by sliding off the back panel
- Press Memory to switch between current, maximum and minimum temperature.
- To reset the maximum and minimum temperatures, hold the Memory button for 2 seconds
- Switch between time, date and alarm with the Mode button
- To change these settings, hold the Mode button for 2 seconds
- Change each setting with the Adj button, then press Mode to confirm

'IN' like inside (inside the house, where the unit should be), some of these models have external probes, so that would be "OUT". Cheaper to use an lcd that has been printed already/ re-use old style.

It's less accurate than some models, but probably more accurate than the "mini" ones that run on coin Cells.
