Wow, thank you very much! I have a Singer with the first threader you demonstrated. I haven’t been able to figure it out since I got the machine lol! I have been using an old fashioned hand sewing needle threader to thread my machine…from the back side! I also have a device like the white one you used. Mine is blue. I didn’t even know that it had the threader on it. I have been using it as an aid to install a needle correctly (flat side to the back side). I also use a piece of fabric over my feed dogs when changing needles. I had a needle drop into the machine when I was first learning to sew. It scared me sufficiently enough to keep something over the feed dogs after that, lol! It was an easy fix…but still! Thanks again for showing me something new!🦋

Thank you. That was so helpful. I had to have my needle threader replaced as it only worked for a couple months. It has once again stopped working. I will certainly look to see if it can get it back in the right place. I have eyesight problems and found the needle threader on my Brother so useful. However, I do have that other gizmo but have never really understood how it works for threading needles. I will now give that a go as well.
