So how long would this style last and what would you put on it to sleep? (like would you wrap it in a scarf or?)
@krystlefenderson83734 жыл бұрын
You can wrap it, just reuse sponge in the morning. If your hair looks dry, use some curling gel.

I am a black male and would love to grow out my hair about your length; however, I do have some thinning in the front of my hairline. I hate shaving my head and would like to do curl sponge though it will not be perfect at all. Is there a way or do you have tips on how to make the best of the curl sponge in that situation. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Try coconut oil and jamaican black castrol oil on the thin areas not too much then wash your hair with a natural shampoo throughout the week. That MIGHT help if it's not too late.

I just bought one for my daughter to do her hair and it is amazing. I do it before she goes to school and put some product and leave in conditioner hair and it doesn't take that long.

Best "use of the sponge video" I've seen so far BUT! Imo too many different products to achieve a hair style and too much time. I tried the sponge several times and it had no effect. However, I used only As I Am Leave In Conditioner on freshly washed hair. I spent some time on it but my hair wasn't cooperating. Maybe if I was willing to use 5 or so different products just to rock a style I would be successful. I will take time and use several products in my deep-conditioning treatments which I'm more focused on for length. But I may decide in the near future to follow your video since I have to admit I'm curious if it would work. I'm telling you, the natural community has to spend so much more time and money to look really great and exceptional. Not fair.

Deirdre Gaskin I think it's more money not to be natural. with fake hair and weaves and stuff that's very costly. and overtime I do feel it pulls your hair and you can have baldness I've seen this multiple times with older generation people I know who have spent most of their life with fake hair. I didn't want this for my daughter so I try to get her to be proud of her hair and be natural and I just bought one of these sponges for her and it works amazing. just my opinion though everybody has their own way of seeing things.

Deirdre Gaskin I don't spend a lot of money I use pink lotion most time I don' buy nature hair products.Take that back brought one Pantene curl definning pudding eight dollar for that stuff and it flakes u would think it wouldn't costing that much.Gotta keep oil in it.I cut mines with clippers the less hair the better won't be difficult take care of.

Me too it's the best.. spong absorbs the product.. your palms keeps the moisture and define smootly and you can feel it to your liking 😉
