Yes, I cut them into thirds, but that’s not necessary. You could just cut them in half if you wanted. Part of the fun of this wreath is the fraying.

Yes but you will need enough layers to make it solid. You wouldn’t want to see the frame through the tulle.

Dollar tree is always restocking, but they have a bad habit of moving their stuff around so you should ask like I did. I also was able to get one on Amazon.

I didn’t attach them. I was just showing that it was an option. They are made from the material that dollar tree signs are made from. If I did attach them I would staple some pipe cleaners to the top part of the legs and attach them that way.
