How to Use a Wort Oxygenation Kit

I know you guys shot this video with a small O2 tank, but another video also shows a larger O2 tank with CGA320 valve. You reference both configurations using ball lock connectors. When the regulator is flowing, what does pressure build up amount to inside the fermenter or even the ball lock connector if the butterfly valve is closed? Being these kits only utilize a flow regulator, couldn't the pressure build up to the tank pressure if left open? I'm trying to figure if using ball lock connectors for this type of exercise is safe or not.

Is the fermenter top open when adding O2? Or do you do this when its buttoned up for fermentation?

Can I use this without a triclamp port?

Yes, you'll just have to DIY a carb stone wand onto it for dunking into your wort.
