Hello! I bought a 12-needle machine with a field of 1200 by 550. I had a problem with the centering of the frame. It's as if I set the center and fixed it, but for some reason it's impossible to trace, the machine constantly hits the frame (I think I didn't press something somewhere and that's why). English language (I regret that I do not know the language) is at the level of Google translator. From the Chinese language, the translation is not correct. In the Ukrainian and Russian languages, I did not find a paper user manual on the network. Please remove the roller for installing the center of the frame. And one more problem, for some reason on Y the design is reduced by two times on X everything is fine and the size on the screen is as it should be. I tried to rotate the design, the same problem in Y. I think that the whole thing is somewhere in the settings, I don't go into them because I might make it even worse. Help please. В мене виникла проблема з центруванням рами.Ніби центр виставила зафіксувала а трасіровку не можливо чомусь зробити, машина постійно б'ється об раму( думаю, що я щось десь не натиснула і тому так). Англійська мова(шкодую, що не знаю мови) на рівні гугл перекладача. З китайської мови переклад не коректний на українській і російській мові паперової інструкції користувача в мережі не знайшла. Прохання зніміть ролик по встановленню центра рами. І ще одна проблемка, чомусь по Y дизайн зменшує в два рази по X все добре при чому розмір на екрані такий як має бути. Пробувала крутити дизайн , по Y та ж сама проблема. Думаю що вся справа десь в настройках, в них не лізу тому, що можливо зроблю ще гірше. Допоможіть будь ласка. Зніміть ролик на ці питання. Дякую.
