nice video, but accumulative COMES every six months not ever two years! but contain all corrections for the past 2 years from date of issue. please put some correction note in the video at the period you speak about it so no one will get wrong info about it: secon the annual one called (Annual SUMMARY of Notice to mariner: abstracted Notes: "The Cumulative List of ADMIRALTY Notices to Mariners (NP234 A/B) can help you to identify outstanding NMs and audit trails for a particular chart or charts. The list is published annually, with Part A in January and Part B in July" "Annual Summary of Notices to Mariners (NP247). This publication contains the Annual Statutory Notices to Mariners Numbers 1-26, a summary of Temporary and Preliminary Notices to Mariners still in force at the start of the year, and a Cumulative Summary of Amendments to ADMIRALTY Sailing Directions." good luck

Sir please answer. If there is any correction in itu manuals, or if there is any new edition available, how will that information be provided onboard? I mean through any of these notices to mariner, or something else? And what is special about notice to mariner published in first week of January? Thank you

Sir how do I know if my chart is up to date? Do is use the chart folio and look at the last correction date. Or look at the cumulative notice and work towards the week I am in to check if all the corrections are updated. For example its December. Must I use the June cumulative and work back. Or do I look at the 3 monthly to see if there was any t&p update for that chart.

Try and use all the resources. You must start by looking at the last correction number on the chart; and then check the cumulative notice to mariners. Confirm by looking at the last weekly NTM as well.
