•let the patient lie on his side
•Open the diaper and make the hind part with tape facing upward
•turn the patient to the other side
•open the other side of the diaper in the same manner
•let the patient lie on his back, pull the frontal tapes to the belly and fasten it in the correct area
• flexible pleats can be adjusted for better fit

Do they hold 32 ounces? If they do, that is great! Problem is, they use tapes and when I tried one one on, it ended up around my ankles! Only if they can make a pullup that will hold 32 ounces!
