hello, is there any option to select a specific part of the scan to use ocr, because if I use ocr on the whole page it is not very precise....

Do you use Windows or Mac? If you use Windows, you can click the Tools ribbon tab and click the second button from the left. This OCR Area button can convert the selected document area to editable or searchable text.

There is nothing seamless about this translation tool. I just view this as a desperate attempt to keep users within the wondershare circle otherwise not worth it. I would rather stick to google translate. When you come up with a real solution to translating an entire document at a goal without the copying and pasting and then later editing which is tedious, then maybe you will be worth the buck

Can it translate pdfs of handwritten books from 3-400 years ago? I have high res pdfs but the text is handwritten in old french lol
