I am sorry you had a challenging experience when first using these. I, too, did not have instruction on how to use them. I went to KZbin and searched. I did not find a good video which explained how to use. After figuring out how to use them, I decided I should make a video on how to use the device. Yes, I agree. These are much better than using an IV pole.

@@JadenYukifan28 Hello. The plastic ball has two layers. The exterior plastic, which surrounds the medicine ball, will have a cut or multiple cuts in the plastic. The interior medicine ball should be solid with no cuts in it. (If the interior ball has a cut in it, the medicine will be leaking out of the ball.)

@@JadenYukifan28 Hello. You can setup it while it is still cold. However, please do not infuse the medicine until the medicine is room temperature.

You may want to use the saline flush at a slower rate. This precludes the possibility of infusion shock!
