True, you have to heat the clamp before curling since it's basically the same process as using a curling iron for hair.

Applying too many coats of mascara way too quickly, if you don’t wait for one coat to dry before applying another it just builds up. On another note, if you want you can use another brush from a used up mascara container to brush out your lashes further OR a toothbrush which can help feather the lashes better after mascara application.

Guys u can use Vaseline jelly instead of using lash primer which is under 10 rupees or u can also use regular primer or aloe vera gel ....and u can use it with ur fingers as well as with spoolie also .....thank u

Clean the eyelashes before you do your eye makeup. Then do the eye makeup, then you can do all that eyelash stuff. Cleaning isn’t really an important step, it’s just there to clean the mascara off from the other day.

Should i use a big brand curler? I just bought a $2 curler from my local general store and it doesn't work. I tried heating the curler, but a few seconds after being curled they straighten again. Mascara unfortunately doesn't affect the result...

Buy a heated eyelash curler. You use your mascara first, all the layers you need. AFTER it dries, you turn on the eyelash curler and you use it on top of the coated eyelashes to melt the mascara and to give the curl shape into them. That's how I do it.
