How to use and install the Semi Automatic Round Bottle Labelling Machine

Hi I bought this product for my company, I've noticed we're having some issues keeping the labels straight. The turning mechanism at the bottom of the machine pulls the label through on the right side quicker than on the left so it eventually moves out and the labels become crooked. Is there a way to adjust the machine to fix this? Thank you!
