How to add boarding pass in India ?

Adding a boarding pass can be done from the airline website or via email. There is usually a button that automatically opens Apple Wallet and adds the pass.

Some airlines don't offer to add boarding passes. If there isn't the option, then it might not support it.

I don't know if that's possible. It's not in Australia, but maybe it's possible in other countries as Apple Wallet has more features in the US.

where is the wallet to find ??? its not on my ipad and its not in the app store !!!

Maybe your iPad does not support Apple Wallet. Try going to Settings and finding Apple Pay. If you have that, you can still add cards and make payments without using Apple Wallet.
