Hello, just a few tips from me about argus -In early game, play aggressive if you had first item faster than enemy which is corrosion scythe -If you planning to use argus for backdoor, well trinity build is recommended for him -critical build often used when enemy draft are lot of squishy heroes and trinity often used when you fight against tanky and sustain heroes -Argus is not a suitable heroes in teamfight so what you can do is gank dmg dealer by hiding in the bush, rotating to enemy backline -(this the most important as exp main) you must atleast used every exp heroes in cl and training so you can learn about their weakness like skill cd and mobility

@@CODING090 hey sorry for late reply, trinity build consist having dhs, sea halberd and golden staff, thats why its called trinity. its able to melt tanky heroes and sustain fighters. the golden staff able to trigger dhs faster to break defenses and it also recommended for pushing towers

Tip from me- don't die in early game and try to over farm your opponent, because if you underperform in the early game, you'll be useless in the mid and late game just like mm

Imo, use the Marksman emblem if you used Crit Build to gain atk speed while dealing Crit DMG, but on the other hand, use the assassin emblem if you used Trinity Build. Since Trinity Build is already an atk speed item, you will use the assassin emblem to gain penetration. It still depends on the situation, but this is only my opinion based on my experience using him

🤣🤣dammm Argus is really fragile compared to other fighters, Plus he relies on his basic attacks in order to deal DMG, So he's pretty much like a marksman, And in most cases, you'll need some help during the early game, So just tower hug

it's a bit contradicting. cause it said that always engage the enemy with 1st skill and then later on says you need to always save 1st skill. but the best thing to do is when you're out in the open or chasing someone always use the first skill first. but if you're in a good bush just use 2nd and inspire to burst a hero then use 1st skill to kill more enemies or to run if necessary.

Me who just burst enemies in the first minion wave. Tip : use this combo at the start of the game Use second skill and inspire to burst down enemies it'll usually decrease their health down to 10%. If the heroes your facing in your lane are dyrroth,freya,thamuz,then play smart

No it can't trigger crit, It's probably because if it was able to trigger crit DMG, Argus would be too op, But yea I do agree, that it's strange it can trigger other item's passive but can't trigger crit

Finally argus is here. I have seen a huge surge of argus mains recently. Crit argus goes burr. I usually go 2 crit item hazzclaw and berserker fury cuzz I use fatal. Those 3 combine to 55% crit. I think anymore crit ovr thati overķill and will give u diminishing return. I rather go malefic and bod. Or sea helberd. But I just tried tank arugus in ranked and won with 1 1 9 kda😂 My build was corrosion oracle athenas and antique.the game ended before I could get full build. And yes my emblem was tank emblem. Weakness finder, tenacity and vitality. Revitalize as my spell lol. But yes that was just me trolling. But I don't like swift cuzz with swift argus has to buy 3 crit item. So I go fatal.

Tank Argus is interesting haha, i would choose the tank build over attack speed build, don't know why people use Trinity build on Argus, I saw betosky use Trinity build on Argus and i almost went blind XD

I main Argus and have gotten senior badge, on my way to getting country badge. And have always built argus without boots. Halbeard, corrosion, windtalker, dragonspear, haas, then BOD or malefic These items along with Quantum charge emblem gives you enough mobility and enough slow to catch up to most heroes. Prioritize squishies, and only build DHS replacing haas, when dealing with 2 or 3 high hp team. Discipline is key when trying to win with Argus, specially late game. Never dive in first, even when your team is dying. You always dive in mid teamfight or late. This way, most enemy CC are in cooldown and you get to slaughter them. Ult for zoning or commiting, and always split push, i notice I win more games when I split up with my team and pushing alone. It splits enemies too trying to defend in late game while argus can fight and even kill 1 to 2 trying to defend their base. It gives my team an advantage in their corner because either the enemy are incomplete trying to teamfight, or they're busy trying to kill me. Otherwise, when enemies are going for the lord, I push the other side. By the time they've taken lord they have no more turrets in the opposing lane. Split pushing is also advantageous when enemy team has lord. It buys your team time to defend, because enemies will be recalling therefore split up trying to defend their base from me rather than pushing to our base 😂.

Yes I agree, if u don't buy boots, I'd recommend you to buy thunderbelt and windtalker, Since both these items will give you 20% movement speed, meaning you will get 40% movement speed with these two items since he mostly relies on his basic attacks to deal damage Argus can easily trigger the true damage and hybrid defense of thunderbelt

I notice Argus lacks damage with boots on. Corrosion scythe and windtalker are enough with quantum charge emblem. Gives you both speed, att speed and slow to catch up to most heroes.
