One thing is more if cool part of the AC mode is working but when it is turned into heat mode it's not working what is the reason? AC is not throwing hot air. Model is Orient Ultron Gold 1.5

It might be shows error E5 or F1, which means there's an error in outdoor circuit/card which can be cleared by the technician.

Har AC ka apna feature hota hai… Aap AC ko remote sy Off karain aur phir cleaning ka button press krain, agar nahi hota tou chalty huway AC per try karain…! In both cases, kisi kisam ka risk involved nahi hai, tension free hoky karain no issue..! 😉

Nida Khalid, no need to worry...! :) Split AC’s ki servicing due hogai hogi..! Filhaal k liye aap yeh karain k Off karky, koi puraana tooth brush sy issky Fan k blades ko saaf karain..! Thora sa mehnat waala kaam hai but InshaAllah throw achi hojayi gi...! Aik hath main puraana kapra aur hath main brush, blower k blades ko ghumaati jayen aur beush sy achy sy saaf karain... Issky fan k blades choke hogaye hoon gy..

Usama Javed Number 1... Apny AC k filter time per saaf karain...! Number 2 and important.. Apny AC ko off krky, puraany tooth brush sy, AC indoor k Blower Fan k blades ko saaf karain.. Aapky Indoor unit k Fan k blades choke hogye hoon gy, jiski wajh sy blower heavy bhi hojata hai full speed per chal nahi paata aur blades choke honay ki wajh sy air ki throw bhi kum hojati hai..

Bro I have purchased orient gold fin dc inverter 1.5 tone, there is clearly written in indoor split that it's Gold fin ultra and comfort. But nothing written such as goldfin or dc inverter on outside compressor. I am on doubt that shopkeeper may has changed compressor. Please guide

Cleaning process is an auto process… It will complete all its steps and then turn off automatically… Cleaning complete ho chuki hai, aap ko repeat nahi krna.. Yehe normal procedure hai… Now you can turn ON your AC and use it..
