STEPS:
1. Service can be performed with 1 or 2 massagers
2. Turn massager(s) to Hi /Low position
3. Begin with on the shoulders using a palm & thumb rolling technique
4. Include the upper arms using a hand compression technique
5. Move to the neck & scalp using a gliding technique
6. Finish the service with circular hand motions on full back
