Hey man, just want to say I really appreciate this video! I feel like I looked at Backstage like 5 years ago, but it didn't seem robust as it is now with getting to look at people's reels and headshots. I've done some in-person auditions in the past and it was a headache scheduling time-slots and responding to each person individually through email, paying to rent a space, and also just having to be social all day (I'm an introvert). This seems wayyyy better.

I have an anthology film I'm creating, but it would probably be easier to treat each story in the film as it's own short film for casting. Do you know if you can still receive auditions after the month is expired?

@@obscurity_films good question. It's been a while since I made this video so Im not 100% sure. I am pretty sure you are charged every time you make a project. But there is a separate "subscription" that might only apply to actors who want to audition. Might wanna contact Backstage to clarify.

​​@@kindofafilmmaker yeah but you do know some characters supposed to have the same eye color for example Harry Potter was supposed to have his mother's eyes but they had different eye colors in the movies so I don't know why in-universe they kept saying that "you have your mother eyes" when it wasn't true
