Can we use boosts for local newsletters? Looking for readers only in a certain city? How can we know if there are enough other local newsletters looking to boost? I don't want to add the $50 NON-REFUNDABLE starting wallet.

After you connect and verify your stripe account, do you get access to the boosts marketplace directly and have the ability to apply to recommend other newsletters, OR do you have to add 50 dollars before you can apply? An answer would be much appreciated!
