How to use Bootstrap in ASP .NET using Visual Studio

Thanks for the intro! Long time ago I used another tool for webpage design, now I have to switch to Visual Studio. I believe the bootstrap bundle min js is the JavaScript bundle (including Popper for positioning dropdowns, poppers, and tooltips) and the equivalent would to instead include Popper (popper min js) and the JS separately (bootstrap min js). If you don’t plan to use dropdowns, popovers, or tooltips, save some kilobytes by not including Popper. So, if you reference the bundle in the page you wouldn't need to reference bootstrap min js, too. They say to include the js reference right before the closing body tag (i don't why, though.) Per getbootstrap site getting-started introduction.
