Okay- silly questions. I'm confused about the timeline for actually posting. Do you recommend posting every category once a week and then going through the photo topic on a weekly basis? What is recommended?

It's going to be different for everyone! Give yourself permission to play around with it and see how your followers respond! You can absolutely choose one category for the week or rotate through all 7 of them and also rotate through your photo topic.

Boo here is where you would put anything that would be benefits or results to them! Hit on their pain or desires and show them how you can help out with that!
