You not only give valuable and interesting advice, but you're becoming a scholarly comic in your delivery, I can listen to you as background comedy as well as academic advice. Awesome.

Man, I cannot thank you enough. You're saving my thesis and even my master's degree diploma. I've been struggling with severe anxiety and depression for many years, and it is tough to concentrate and put ideas into words. Not to mention begin writing. Your ideas did wonders for my production. Thank youuuuuuuu

Love this!! Quick tip, if you don't like GPT's style of writing, imo Bard seems to do a little better with having less of a formal tone and sounding more intuitive sometimes. Consider giving it a try too.

Nice prompts, except of "grumpy peer reviewer": it looks like the result does not depend on the content of the paper, but rather mimicking general rejection text from "Reviewr #2" :)

"ChatGPT: give me a massive stupid beard."
@ExpatRiot79 Жыл бұрын
I get it. There's a tool, and we must use it or get obliterated by others who do. But what comes out on the other end is a paper written by a machine and an academic who is stupider for the effort. This is just another step towards "Idiocracy."

I think Machine were used before but CHAT GTP is advanced and you know the tool.... you know, I was asking a PhD student a simply question about Research but she couldn't answer me🤣 lastly: I think you mustn't rely on Tool to complete your work.

I have tried extensively, with a variety of prompts and different techniques to extend the memory of the custom GPT's I am using, so that it is able to actively "use" the data set files I have in my jupiter notebook, but it has proven difficult. If anyone has tips on this, let me know? Thanks:)
@politecnico_socratico Жыл бұрын
Currently, all LLM models struggle with memory. You need to do everything in batches for the best results possible, or at least break up a problem yourself and go step by step with GPT. Here's an example where it works better by batches: I've given GPT 4 a 500 line program I had and told it to simplify the code and make it more readable. It didn't work, and was full of errors. Instead I gave it batches of the program, function by function, and after everything it reduced it to 300 lines and ran perfectly.

Good distinction...search papers. I'm going to ask Chat GPT to review this video and create a summary of the steps and recommendations.

Hey sorry to make this comment but i think you need to first read some terms of service guideline. Before you put any file in GPT, make sure you have read the terms of service. This is the copy paste from OpenAI (terrible TOA) "Your Content. You may provide input to the Services (“Input”), and receive output from the Services based on the Input (“Output”). Input and Output are collectively “Content.” You are responsible for Content, including ensuring that it does not violate any applicable law or these Terms. You represent and warrant that you have all rights, licenses, and permissions needed to provide Input to our Services."

Sheit humor... trying to suggest that it might be ok to put any data into chatgpt is just plain stupid.... Whatever you put into that will be utilised by large corporation, so if you really have some valuable innovative data , never and i repeat never put it into any of the chatgpt ( or equivalents) untill you publish that in papers. Any AI can be usefull for doing review of works done so far in the field , assisting with writing the indroductions to the articles but nothing discussing any relevant research data....
