You can select the specific bond or atom and change its position, so bond lengths can be changed, also bond angle can be changed manually by same way

Using Chem3D you can change the color of ball stick model!! After sketching the structure in ChemDraw go to Show Chem3D in view option and then the structure appears in ball in stick you can change the color there. Hope this helps!!
