switch the slicing from “raw” to “offsets” and turn down the sensitivity to make the slicing automatic

OK, I got the Chromatic sliced up, but there is one problem. Is there a way to save it so I can load it again, or do I have to slice it up each time I load it?

yes, once you closed the sliced sft menu under the vst loading menu (the small one) hit the floppydisk icon

@CreativeUnoriginals I was referring to this plugin specifically, there’s no menu or even a way to save the chromatic for use in the current project that I can find. the only buttons are to import a sample and close the plugin window, both of which discard the current sample

I saved my project, but when it reloaded it reset the slices in the vocals. could i be missing a file somewhere or is it a bug in lmms?

@@naisun- Nope, I keep everything in the same place. I want to say it's because ninjas2 is run through Vestige, which causes it to save Vestige but not ninjas2, and then it just loads the default for ninjas2

If thats the case then take LMMS, click Piano Roll and click the pencil like icon and then you can place, use eraser to delete ofc.

yes, import a midi and you're good to go. make sure you have a soundfont you can use to set it as the default soundfont for it to actually play
