Hi l, I just received my package and wonder how to send the sample back from singapore? Is there a number that I can call to arrange for pick up and do I need to create an account with FedEx to arrange for pick up? And pick up is immediate or within same day? Worried swab liao have to wait for few days for pick up.

Hey Ashley! You are not suppose to take out any docs (i assume its the shipping dets and airway bill) in the Fedex plastic cover ya, just put your samples in the envelope, seal it and arrange for delivery/drop off okie! :)

Hey Thomas! Some of the results are unexpected to me so I guess its good that I got to know it now. I consider it like how we do our annual body checkup, where you monitor your health and from there you would be able to take control on your body. Its worth to invest to know a lil more bout our body :)
