We can do that, but I'll give you a hint. The boxes are yellow in color so they should stand out. The boxes in Bay City are in the water. Go north from the start zone. The next zone has a bay area of water with the first piece. Grab it. Go to the left zone in the center of the map, there is a piece in the fountain area across the water.
