Email support @ Maniology. They wanted My order number information and they shipped me the missing Stickers with My next order - because it was already about ready to. Their customer support is really awesome.

Thanks @GrandmaMimzi. I went on the app, and tried to use some. I am not sure I did it correctly. If I pick reward points, does that mean I cannot use my mxm discount code? I love the site, but I don’t think they are very clear about that. I also didn’t see a description of the different tiers/benefits. As always, appreciate the help!

Yes it is very confusing if you're not familiar with the whole process. I haven't tried using the rewards points within the app because it's so new. My experience is from the website and the point system. To answer your questions, and I'm going to cover what I think you might mean - about the MXM code - if you're talking about the one they give out for new subscribers - just in case, it can only be used for new subscribers once, if you didn't use it on your 1st order I'm not sure it's going to work but I would suggest emailing [e-mail]... For the VIP code - I believe it's only for orders other than the monthly subscription, And yes you can only use 1 code At a time - so Short answer - get your Rewards code for the item you want, place an order for just that item and yes the system will charge you for shipping. Go through the order process and take note of the order number. Then place your actual order for everything else that is not a monthly subscription And use your discount code - then again taking note of the order number and email support with both of them asking for the orders to be shipped together and the shipping cost of the rewards item refunded. It does take several days for the refund to go through, or drop off from pending charges. You can do the same process for using the rewards points for an item and having it shipped together with your monthly subscription, about 2 days before your monthly subscription charges and email support again and request for it to be included. - the staff is SO ON TOP of this that At one point last year they had a Special Sale and a New release of items, all overlap. I place an order for the sale, then the next day on the Live, I didn't know they're showing the release of the New items and I placed a new order plus My subscription was going to ship and I meant to send an email but I got distracted and forgot. Next thing I know My 2 orders and subscription were all in the same package on on my door. I was just so happy for the nail Mail to arrive all the same instead of 3 separate delivery...
