hey thanks for the vdeo , i have a few questions : are the tags used to create the dashboard ? isnt easier with custom fields ? the completion by habit is only in the business plan right ?

It's easier with custom fields, but I chose tags because some users are on the free plan, which doesn't allow for custom fields after a threshold.

Do you think I could use this to make sure I stay on track contacting my referral sources and business partners? I like to keep in touch with them every 9 days, which seems to be a good cycle. I might call them, SMS them, or email them, but I do it every 9 days. I am building my CU system at the moment, and I love your videos. Cheers from Sydney, Australia.

Yes you could. You’d just have to make each referral name a “habit” and change the recurring task settings to every 9 days :)
