how does the automation for the master list work ?

I created a custom field called Master Categories. For every space I created an automation for when task created, set custom field then would set it to the relevant master category list whether it is business, personal, family, content creation etc. So when I go to the everything view I can sort it by the master category custom field and get a master list that is categorized automatically.

This is AMAZING! It’s so much data to keep track of though. Have you thought about using Airtable for the records that are not necessarily tasks? I’ve tried to do this in Clickup but everytime I add any new data, it assigns it to me since I’m the only one in the workspace. Then when I look at my home/assigned tasks, it’s everything I added which says I have 100+ tasks to do, and it’s completely overwhelming.

Instead of tasks they are pages/subpages inside of docs and they have tables or other formatting to keep track of all of this information!

ClickUp Free tier only allows 100 cumulative uses of custom fields and the like, so it's likely she's not using the free tier. I could be wrong and am open to correction, but the level of organization here requires payment.
