Is it possible to leave a hint in the brackets as Anki let's us do when editing? (By adding ":: ****") if we could automatize this from Notion, That would make the tool absolutely perfect!

what happens if you create multiple toggels under a toggle when creating notes?

They will be treated as regular toggle lists inside of the card. You can choose to keep them open or closed. Only toggle lists at the top level are treated as cards whatever is nested belongs to the respective card. Hope this clarified it for you, thanks 🙏🏾

If we use multiple cloze deletions in one toggle in notion, how can we ensure it exports to one card in Anki? Or how can we group cloze deletions together?

I still don't understand how to create the cloze deletes on notion. I am typing those same words you are and it is not allowing me to make the inline code thing you created? Not sure what I am doing wrong?
