It doesn't matter what language you pick. A binary search in java is same as c++ or python. It doesn’t matter what language you use. It’s the logic that matters

Hi bro, you don't need to do CP that much, just have an idea of the problems, like i mentioned solve problems like Div2.A,B,C till you get an idea. For placements Leetcode is more important

Give long contests, learn new algorithms, try to take some time before jumping to the editorial, mostly it's about practice, so practice well enough.
