The one issue I have with Mimicpc is that you have to upload models, a lot of people have decent download speeds but slow uploads, with multi GB files, this can be a very slow process. Since both Hugginface and CivitAI offer API this seems like an oversight, as I've seen other services offer direct transfers.

I don't understand. The three Json example files simply does not load, nothing happens when i open them

sweet. do we need to make sure the driving video and source video are the exact same length? also do we need to update comfyui or the live portrait nodes?

the driving video can the same or longer length. But source video must not be longer than driving video. As the AI are using the face emotion to do its work.
