I've never seen this type of connection before. Isn't it more work? Also, why did you leave out the blue wires on one end and the green wires on the other end? I thought they should be the same. Also, please tell me if there is any advantage in using this type of connection. Thanks.

You are using wrong die size :) There is 3 different one’s A;B;C dependig cable outside diameter :)

too much trouble with unnecessary additional pieces. imagine you are up a 10 ft ladder trying to terminate a some data points and with rj45 parts raining down below.
