Hi Dhina, Concatenate/concat is used to join the text. Let's take the example of HR (dept) and 43210 (ID). We want to combine the dept and ID which would give us the result of HR43210. But we want the output as HR-43210.Only for this reason , - was introduced. You can bring in any symbols (delimiter) you want. Hope this helps :-)
