@3:55 there is a double opening message. I'm having the same issue. After troubleshooting, the 1st message is triggered by the "Conversational AI" in the sub-account settings area. The 2nd message is triggered by the workflow. Gotta fix this guys, it's not usable until then.

how can we extract contact informations from this bot? I would like the chatbot to ask for the customers full name and mail-address and add it to the appointment and create opportunities and save the contact.

Building out Calendars and Having everything dialed in on CRM side will allow for this. The Bot does best when system is built out!

@@pnwmortgageguyyes you pick the channels which you want that conversation AI to work with automatically. For Workflow AI you can dial in specific conditions to launch an appointment booking bot on that channel. He was using sms but I believe a live chat would work as well. So here, if somebody texts a specific number you can launch a specific bot for example.
