@3:55 there is a double opening message. I'm having the same issue. After troubleshooting, the 1st message is triggered by the "Conversational AI" in the sub-account settings area. The 2nd message is triggered by the workflow. Gotta fix this guys, it's not usable until then.

@@stevenharrisnz good pick up. I've heard of the booking bot booking in unavailable time slots also so hopefully these small but important glitches are ironed out soon.

how can we extract contact informations from this bot? I would like the chatbot to ask for the customers full name and mail-address and add it to the appointment and create opportunities and save the contact.

Building out Calendars and Having everything dialed in on CRM side will allow for this. The Bot does best when system is built out!

Why not just use the conversation ai on the live chatbot for the website to do all of this?

Is the workflow appointment bot different than the bot you train in the Conversation AI settings?

@@gohighlevel So how do you get the Conversation AI you've trained into your workflow? Will it just respond automatically and you don't need to insert a workflow for it?

@@pnwmortgageguyyes you pick the channels which you want that conversation AI to work with automatically. For Workflow AI you can dial in specific conditions to launch an appointment booking bot on that channel. He was using sms but I believe a live chat would work as well. So here, if somebody texts a specific number you can launch a specific bot for example.
