Nothing....It doesn't matter what color the substrate is, can be pressed onto ANY substrate, any COLOR. Thanks so much.

Hello. I bought two okidata c711wt and the pro8432wt with TMT Brasil but all objects that I customize are marked with a white shadow that comes out of the CPM 6.2 sheet. What do you use not to get this mark? (customize: colored ceramic mug and colored aluminum mugs) .
