Central Pivot Range Indicator is available on Zerodha desktop website but not available on phone app. You need to select chartIQ in settings, also while searching for the indicator you have to type Central Pivot Range, not CPR. Hope this helps 😊

I have noted the points. Hope this helps someone 5 simple conditions 1. if a candle closes above CPR - Bullish bias if a candle closes below CPR - Bearish bias 2. It should be a trending day (see higher time frames or ascending/descending CPR) 3. Opening price should be either above/below CPR (and not ON the CPR - most likely sideways) 4. Avoid taking trade when price is between the range 5. check for big red/green candles opposite to our position

Awesome 👍 explanation and walkthrough to the true usage of CPR, especially when used in conjunction with VWAP. I use the same setup for my INTRADAY trades except that I also use VWAP MOVING AVERAGE, which gives me more conviction..... If the price travels above it's VWAP & VWAP's MOVING AVERAGE, and VWAP travels above it's Moving Average, simultaneously, it is a double confirmation for going LONG. Just take into account nearby SUPPORT & RESISTANCE, as well...... Hope this works well for others, too..... Thanks 👍 for your efforts.

Along with CPR, i use 10' RSI ( above 60 bullish: below 40 bearish) and 20 EMA ( hammer, inverted hammer, marubozu, engulfing candles on 20 EMA ) gives good result.

For more confirmation add with this SMA 200, go long when price is obove the SMA 200 and EMA/SMA 20 and go short when the price is under these 2 indicators!

If somebody missed what he means by "closes above/ closes below". What he meant is if the price closed ABOVE compared to CURRENT day's CPR then bullish. Similarly, if price closed BELOW compared to CURRENT day's CPR then bearish.

Basically any indicator will show a obvious trend there’s many indicators that show bullish/bearish. On top of that you also need a indicator that shows what algorithms “goal/target” is on the day. Typically algorithms will reach different goals. It’s my experience that one week it will be x goal and one week will be z goal. Determining trend and what they switch to will be most beneficial.

If you initiate A weekly pivot trade on Tuesday OR Wednesday do you take into consideration daily pivot for that day in addition to trading in the direction of weekly pivot OR do you just ignore daily pivot for that day--I would think that the direction of daily pivot & weekly pivot should be the same for trading EDGE/SUCCESS--if these two pivots conflict,would it be better not to take that pair trade--please comment your action under these circumstances. If the CPR zone (3 blue lines with pink shaded area) is wide, then it is mostly likely to be a trending day As compared to when CPR zone is narrow, lesser chance of trending day.

Traders biggest enemy is trend flipping on A dime(e.g. 1H/lower time frame trend).Trend on 4H chart is the best trend guide for majority of forex traders( if one keeps trades for 2-5 days. By the time trader realizes that trend on daily chart is up, market has already gone up about 3-5 days & if you ask supercomputer for the mathematical odds, computer tells you that odds are negative right from the start.Trend based on the last 5-10,four hourly candles has enough players/juice behind it so that it would not flip on A dime, so trader has decent chance to make something without buying overpriced asset. I haven't tried it with nifty and bank nifty, but i heard it works very well with them, You can back test it for few days and see how's it working for you! 15 mins time frame is perfect, 5 mins also can be used but in 5 mins the confirmation is not as strong as 15 mins!

I have come across so many cpr videos and what I found is nobody tell this simple thing. CPR is basically support and resistence..if market opens bellow cpr then it's a downtrend,and if the trend reverse then CPR is likely to act as a resistance and for the uptrend the cindition is totally opposit..if the price opens above the CPR then it's likely to be a uptrend,and if market reverse from the top then CPR is likely to act as a support.that is all about CPR..thats it..

Stop loss can be placed below an area of value, It's depends on the scenario, but it could be just below the previous day high or the current days low. You can go for any time frame but preferably try to stay above 5 mins Time frame

yea, its confusing in his video as the Cross-Hair is on 15.15 close of previous day but he seems to be talking about the next day 9.15 am, however, not yet clear which candle close he is talking about.

High chances he is talking about first 15 min candle of the day. If you watch closely the cross is little bit to right of the vertical and horizontal lines cross-over which is creating confusion. But the mouse pointer is where the crosshair is and not the line cross-over. Again i maybe wrong, so backtest this strategy by keeping both scenarios in mind.
