Great informative tutorial! And her English is getting soooo much better!!!! Just wished you would do authentication and secure connection method through your plugin instead of having to use a different plugin.

For users I am using the ultimate member plugin and was trying to make them a parent of the custom post type I created with the jet engine plugin. Great vid btw

Great video. Thank you... One thing that I would like to see is how to call the GET endpoint via Postman. What exact settings to use. Also, it would be nice to see how to get the data via an ajax call or via axios. I realize the majority of the intended audience wants to do it without writing code. My use case is that I want to use it as a backend and just get the data in JSON... If there is any documentation you have for that please direct me to it.

Can you create a API Endpoint relationship with a site that doesn’t use CrocoBlock or Wordpress to display a listing of products? Say if I wanted to grab a list of inventory from a clothing store from their POS. Would this be possible?
@bmizzle0103 жыл бұрын
Yes it is definitely possible. I have numerous website users connected to multiple websites using API and webhook connections. And not restricted to just C.B. Custom Content Type... BUT, this does make it easier for novice! But if you think they are gonna actually do a tutorial on how to use API for this NOT using their plugin, dont hold your breath.. why in the world would they do that? The whole point is for you to use their plugin.

Hi! It is a programming interface that allows you to create connections between your website and, for example, another website or app. Using that connection, two sites (or site and app) can exchange data in JSON format. Also, you can get information about the posts on your website remotely, as well as create, edit and delete posts without entering the dashboard.
