Do you have any tutorial for transfering all the physical files from one to the other? Ex: we are working for clinic that has patient's files that need to be reassigned to the other worker once the person left the job. I want to enter the monthly performance of the personnel in Access every month, of course, by uploading the Excel file, but I want the performance of each month to be in exactly one column and by using the personnel code, the performance of each person should be placed in front of him. If I import or paste countries would the field cboCountry work, and populate the RaceGroup? Example: I have cboCountry, and populates the RaceGroup textbox. example: if it's typed or paste or select from cboCountry Phillipines, the RaceGroup would populate Filipino and so forth. So instead I click, select from the dropdown cbo, if I import several data where individuals have the Country, would work? Sometimes I receive hundreds of rows to import where it has the countries and individuals, and the blaml RaceGroup field needs to be populated. I have to use excel to use the vlookup or xlookup to populate the RaceGroup in Excel then I import everything ready to Access. But I want to do this in Access. It's ridiculous we have to use Excel to help Access. This happens to other people too.

Sorry for late reply. Question... 1. Is the Me.ProdName has a source? it should be unbound or blank source. 2. Is your criteria (EmpId ) is a number or integer? try to add a single quote or Apostrophe like EmpId ='" & me.ProdId & "'"
