Just one requirement can you show changing of whole app's language changing using Provider because I can only refresh current screen/page & I know provider can update locale throughout the app

This changes the whole apps language. I demonstrated on one screen. You just need to use "LocaleKeys.YOUR_KEY.tr()" instead of regular constant strings. Changing the language using the method I showed changes the language without the need even to refresh anything or restart the app. The whole app changes. Some stuff needs manual checking like rtl and ltr but all the other things will be changed once you use the provided methods of the package. You need context to change theme so that is a catch if you can't provide the context but most of the time the context can be passed so yea.
