My zoom no longer says ecamm on Zoom so how do you bring it in. You didnt show how to get it into zoom in the first place.

you need to use the Virtual Cam in Ecamm, then it will show up as a camera option

Is your guest with you or remote? I wouldn’t use zooms touch up. I would get decent cameras with soft skin capability if you want it. Soft lighting will make a big difference. Check out this online training. This is exactly what I do 😊 www.adriansalisbury.com/3-keys

How about if you are the guest??... in my case Im a musician... and I have invited to a lot of interviews thru zoom... but I will love to use my Ecamm when is my time to perform a song ... what I experienced in the past is that my scree took over the presentador screen so, my screen was bigger even when i was the invited, they say they can not control the size of my camera

I don’t understand what you mean, whether your camera is selected or ecamm virtual cam, zoom doesn’t know the difference

I am getting reports from students that Zoom is not responsive to the resolution upgrade request. I want to know how I can use Ecamm but then share my screen in Zoom so people are able to hear the audio? For example, sharing Google Slides in Zoom and then showing KZbin videos in the Google Slides and people here.

Updated to iOS Sonoma 14.1 and Zoom auto updated to 5.16.1- all was working well yesterday. Now I can't see the Ecamm Virtual cam option in Zoom preferences. Only my BlackMagic. The Virtual Mic is available. Have uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom. Restarted the Mac Mini. Quit and restarted Ecamm. No joy. Has Zoom been playing silly buggers again? Am I the only one suffering this issue? HHHHEEEEELLLLPPP!

Got great responses from Ecamm and they fixed the issue. I found I wasn't the only one experiencing it. Then 24hrs later an update patch arrived for all users.
