Respected sir, i feel better after listening to you. Thank you so much for this video. Sir I have a query. Sir after my post graduation I have joined a SERB project in a reputed CSIR Lab. I don't have NET so that I joined as an Project associate position and also think about to join as PhD in same lab. But after my joining and few months of research I got to know my project is very basic and there is no scope if I pursue a PhD in same project topic and also if you are joined as PA then after 1 year of project you joined in PhD. The PhD timing here is very lengthy minimum 5 yrs. During my project period I have read a much of paper from different field and developed research ideas. When I share this idea to my PI he is not interested in these ideas and told me to only do the project work. Sir now I am thinking about to join in a private university. The university don't have a great amount of research facilities but the guide whom i talked with have a good PR with other government and private institutions in that native state. Sir I want to do postdoc after my PhD and want to take a position of teacher for both academic and research purpose. Sir should I stay here as this is a research lab or join that private university. Please give me your view in it. Eagerly waiting for your response 🙏
