If you are asking how did I come up to how many respondents answered let say 5 in questions 1 simply the for mula is =COUNTIF(column+dollarsign+number of columns:column+dollarsign+number of column, likertscale) Ex. =COUNTIF(B$5:B$9,5) then press enter in your keyboard

Its not applicable for interview. Your questions should be open ended questions. Mixed method b gamit nyo or qualitative?
