Hello, here in Brazil the Ford F-150 didn't come with integrated GPS, it sucks having to use your cell phone to access it and sometimes without a cell phone network, knowing that the native one works very well everywhere.

The screens with navigation have a different module in them compared to the ones that don't so you can't just add it in but you can try to find a screen on eBay that has factory navigation and then do a screen swap..

What about Ford tracking our location and selling my personal data to third-party “affiliates” and “partners”?

Just make sure you toggle off data sharing.. and there's always the option to just use Android Auto/Apple CarPlay
