My Fitbit had an update right away saying download would take 15 mins and it keeps slowly downloading to 3% then disconnection and then goes back to charging and then I have to wait for it to try to download from scratch again. ugh!

You have to pay 14 a month for the KZbin on top of 10 a month. I have had mine 31 days strap falls off daily sleep score does not show in the watch just the ap GPS is garbage this is generally considered fitbits lemon a Huawei is 100 less and more accurate for running and heart but not so good for sleep

You gotta return it, something is terribly wrong. Mine works great and my strap definitely doesn’t fall off. Gotta be a defective one.
