Drag a room into the workspace, then on the bottom of the screen, press on 'balcony'. It's highlighted in green

Just use the door then adjust it's height by pressing the three knobs on a grey square on the top on the screen while the door is still selected.

Just select the wall you want height adjusted then on the top of the screen there will be 3 knobs on a grey square. Click on it. Then you will be able to adjust the height.
