Hi Stewart, thanks for putting together this video. I have recently created a form for my new website and originally placed it on a page which contains a bunch of general information about my busines. I now want to have the form appear on my newly created "Contact Us" page. Is there a way to say "Cut and Paste" the original form from the old page to the new one, or will I have to completely re-design the existing form on the new "Contact Us" page? Many Thanks. SM.

Hey Steve, All you need to do is embed the form on the new page. Your form is already created so you just need to choose the form again under Google Forms when embedding the form.

@@StewartGauld I know this video has been three years ago, but what if I am creating this google form to be added to someone else's website that I am creating, wouldn't it be registered under my google account? Is there a way to redirect these questions to my client's google account? Is it even okay to create websites for others using my google account, or should I use theirs?

Stewart, this is an awesome video. I do have a question though. How do I get alerted once a customer submits the form??? Had a few customers fill out the form, but I was never alerted about it. I didn't receive an email or anything.

Good question! You can set up a notification in your gmail account via Google marketplace or by using a Zapier connection.
