Hi Latasha.. I'm in the first month of my business. When do you think using a CRM would be beneficial? Also.. when you're setting up your scheduling, does this replace the Calendly tool.. or does it link to your Google calendar as well?

Is it possible to create a questionnaire to put right next to the call scheduling calendar just like in dubsado? because I wouldn't mind putting my HoneyBook call link, however I still want to filter out the proper clients by having them fill out the form. (Usually if someone fills a form, it shows more commitment on their end).

What do I put for the merchant category code? Does it matter if I use the wrong one by accident?

That part confused me too and I think I chatted in with support to be sure. Sorry, I don’t remember what I put but they sent me a list you can choose from if you chat in. Basically it’s just how your transactions will show up on your customer’s credit card receipts

Some of this just feels like too many steps. Contact form > follow up email with brochure > client schedules call > follow up call > send follow up email with invoice packages ...etc. Sometimes you've already spoken to clients or you've marketed to them already and you just want them to visit your site, select a date from the calendar, and pay a deposit for the service immediately. I've been searching but can't really find much about that process with Honeybook ...lol
