Without going through detailed reviews i purchased one front load washing machine of this No.1 Brand. The machine was jumping on its own. Later after one month brand agreed that it was a defective product. Then came the replacement. Its vibrating heavily and brand technician is telling its normal. Arey 27k worth machine jumps on its own and 34k machine vibrates heavily are normal to India's No.1 brand. Now i gone through a lot of youtube videos which clearly shows majority of products delivered by IFB to customers are defective..Then company will replace that machine with another faulty machine. Delivery boys came for replacement clearly told that my faulty machine will goes to factory then company will replace something and again sells it to another customer/victim. (My new machine is having another issue,may be replaced by some other customer) This cycle goes on. Friends, now you decide whether you want to become a victim or not. This message is for those who are planing to buy a IFB product. Thank you.

I bought this machine and found out that it's a single slot tray not the 3 slot tray. In this instance. You must choose additive add option on the dial after the was cycle before the rinse cycle and then add fabric softener
